Please contact us by email to request an application form
1. Complete and return the puppy application form.
2. If you are selected as a potential Beauclarke puppy parent, once a litter has become available, you will be contacted - in strict order of date of receipt of the form – regarding an offer of a puppy.
3. You will be invited to join the Dam’s WhatsApp Group to get daily updates and videos and picture of the litter so you can watch the litter grow and develop.
4. When selection of a puppy has been made, and once the pups have attained 3 weeks of age as a minimum, you will be sent a Puppy Pre-Contract Information Pack which contains the basic contract for your perusal and guidance notes in respect of the in-depth details of: a. Breeder/seller b. The puppy’s mother c. The puppy’s father d. The chosen puppy e. Relevant inherited conditions and DNA/screening tests.
5. If you are happy with the documentation provided, you will then be asked for a video call chat to see your new pup in real time and have the opportunity to ask any questions. If you are satisfied that you wish to go ahead, then you will be asked for a non-returnable deposit of £350 to secure your chosen puppy. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will be sent the first part of the puppy pack that accompanies all Beauclarke pups to their new homes. This gives plenty of advice and guidance on preparing for your new arrival.
6. After the first vaccination and health check have taken place, we will contact you to arrange a collection date and time (which will be after your puppy has had their second vaccination and final health check) At this time the final contract document will be posted to you for completion and signing. This completed document can then be given to us when you collect your puppy. The balance will become payable on or before the arranged date for collection of your puppy.
